Spa Intake Paperwork: Prior to receiving any services, each patient must complete spa intake paperwork before the consultation begins.
24-Hour Rescheduling Policy: Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hour notice for any appointment rescheduling. Failure to do so may result loss of deposit.
Appointment Deposit: A deposit is required to book any appointment. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the service.
No Returns on Medical Items: There are no returns accepted on medical prescriptions or medical-grade skincare products. All sales are final.
Photography Consent: Patients must agree to have photos taken for their clinical record. They also will agree to the use of their photos for educational or marketing purposes by the practice. These photos may be utilized for educational materials or marketing campaigns.

Golden Aesthetic prioritizes providing exceptional care and service to all our clients. To ensure the smooth operation of our schedule and effectively accommodate everyone’s needs, we’ve established the following appointment cancellation policy:
Cancellation Notice:
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hour notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Late Cancellation or No-Show:
If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if a client fails to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notification, a cancellation fee of $50.00 will be charged.
Cancellation Fee:
A cancellation fee equivalent to $50.00 or a percentage of the scheduled service may be charged for late cancellations or no-show appointments. This fee compensates for the time and resources allocated for the appointment and the inconvenience caused to both our staff and other clients.
Payment of Cancellation Fee:
The cancellation fee must be paid in full before booking any future appointments at Golden Aesthetic.
Exceptions:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances like emergencies or sudden illness may arise, necessitating a last-minute cancellation. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation, and we will strive to accommodate you without imposing a cancellation fee.
Rescheduling:
Clients are welcome to reschedule appointments within the designated cancellation notice period without incurring additional charges, subject to availability.
